Song of the Goose

This goose looked like he was posing just for me, standing tall in the foreground like the king of the riverbank. Behind him, the river flows gently, and on the far side, it’s all soft greens with a few quiet houses tucked into the landscape. I love scenes like this, uncomplicated, honest, and full of character. There’s a kind of quiet humor in it too, the way the goose steals the spotlight without even trying. It’s those little moments in nature that make you stop, smile, and reach for the brush.
