I have a special love for abandoned houses scattered across Italy, like this one in my painting. These quiet, weathered buildings feel like living museums, holding stories of the towns and villages that have grown, changed, and thrived over the years. There’s something deeply moving about their stillness, as if they’re patiently waiting to share the memories of a magical country’s past. Painting them is my way of honoring that history and the timeless charm that these forgotten places hold.
