The saxophone has always held a special place in my heart, especially the sound of jazz drifting through the air. In this sculpture, I wanted to capture the soulful, flowing character of the instrument and translate it into a lively sculptural form. Inspired by my large musical installations created for a project in China, the piece celebrates the rhythm, improvisation, and expressive spirit that make the saxophone such a powerful voice in music.
