My series of Walkers started many years ago when I lived in New York and created 5th Avenue A. It was a reflection of my experience living in a densely crowded city. Since that painting, my fascination with crowds and the individuals who make them up has grown. At the start, I was focused on the crowd as a whole. Now, I focus on the people. Each one has their own story to tell. Do you know this person? Do you know what city he is from? Or where is he going?
