A vase is a tool we use to impose nature in our homes. Usually, we capture the essence of nature through flowers in a vase, but in this case, I thought it to be such a fun idea to capture butterflies in one. Butterflies, like flowers, are nature’s artworks, but unlike stationary flowers, butterflies cannot be captured and held in their lively state. We need art to enrich our lives; I feel that the art of nature is the most enriching of all that exists. The minute we bring nature into our homes, we become more in touch with it as it becomes a part of our daily lives.
