As much as I enjoy participating in sports, I also truly appreciate watching others do the same. I love the artistic motion of a crowd all moving together. The repetitive gestures create a rhythm similar to the rhythm of a flowing river or cars on a city road. It is energizing and conveys speed as well as grace. The crowd is made up of individuals, but as they run together, they seem to have a purpose, they are going somewhere like a river going to the sea.
