The love of jogging is shared by many people who have discovered the joys of exercising and being outdoors. For me, the pleasure of jogging or running is equally from the love of being in nature as it is the release of endorphins. I especially enjoy painting people on their jogs as it is a great way to express movement in my work. Sometimes when I am jogging, I even consider how I would look at any moment if I were to draw myself.
