I have a series of the shape of infinity. I feel that this shape is reflective of many aspects of nature and life. ∞ is a mathematical symbol representing the concept of infinity, boundlessness, or eternity. When I first started drawing this symbol, I felt that I could investigate the shape further as it applies to my urban life. I usually paint cyclists moving along for the joy of it, but here I created those who bike for sport and rivalry. The ones who clump together not for the joy of socializing but for the satisfaction of competition. These bikers move on a track circling around and around seemingly forever.
