I love creating movement in many of my works. Using colors and lines, the movement adds drama. I often create moving butterflies and bikes, but I find nothing more dramatic than a horse racing competition. The powerful yet nimble steeds with their brightly dressed jockeys zoom in circles, almost like rockets. In the hippodrome, there is the thrill of victory and the heartbreak of defeat. I view this work as if I am a member of a crowd filled with energy and suspense.
