I always strive to return to the simplicity of nature, but the more time I spend admiring the Earth's creations, I see that each creation is far more complex than when I first laid eyes on it. When fluttering about, each butterfly has so many details barely visible to the human eye. They have so many colorful elements and intricate designs. Nature is that starting point, the first composition, and the first inspiration for me as an artist.
