Bar - Small talk

I went to New York for the first time when I was 24. It was the best age to experience this vibrant city with an electric atmosphere. The city itself was, and still is, a melting pot of cultural diversity. I saw this every time I stepped foot into a new bar. I would sit for hours and watch all sorts of people come into the dark, moody space and intermingle, and under the color-shaded lights, it did not matter where they came from or their attire; they would all become one. In my mind, this was the essence of New York.
